    Jeffrey Lipshaw, an associate law professor at Suffolk University Law School, writes for a variety of legal blogs, including “The Legal Whiteboard” and “PrawfsBlawg.” He pens 50 blog posts per year, and they’ve been cited in law reviews more than a dozen times.

    “It’s a way of popularizing some very theoretical stuff that people might not otherwise (see),” Lipshaw said. “There’s risk and reward. The reward is that you can make a name for yourself very quickly.”
