  • Here’s what’s next in DraftKings’ legal fight in New York

    BostInno - 11/11/2015

“Leaving New York is like losing your left hand,” said Northeastern law professor Roger I. Abrams. “Both these major companies, DraftKings and FanDuel are going to have to figure out how to deal with these very serious legal questions.”

The necessity of having to stand and fight in New York elevates the importance of the legal clash. DraftKings and FanDuel have until next Tuesday to decide what they will do in New York (at which point each company must respond to the attorney general’s letter).
