    Faculty to train, recruit young scientists in emerging math fields


    A group of Northeastern mathematics faculty is leading an ambitious, multifaceted project to prepare the next generation in pursuing careers in the mathematical sciences. The project aligns with the effort to bolster the country’s scientific competitiveness globally and increase diversity in STEM fields, and further raises Northeastern’s global visibility and research profile.
