I am pleased to announce that the university’s COVID-19 Testing and Vaccine hotline is available to answer your questions about the university’s distribution of the COVID-19 vaccine.
We encourage you to review the vaccine FAQs on Northeastern’s COVID-19 website. If your question isn’t answered there, please email COVID19vaccine@northeastern.edu or call 617.373.7333 to connect to one of our staff. The email inbox and phone line are monitored from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
Members of the Northeastern University community will use the COVID-19 Vaccination Scheduler as they become eligible to schedule a vaccination and as doses become available. If you are eligible to schedule and have technical questions regarding how to use the COVID-19 Vaccination Scheduler, the IT Service Desk is available 24/7 at 617.373.HELP [4357], help@northeastern.edu, or via live chat on the Tech Service Portal.
