Hilary Duff is a musician, actress and entrepreneur. She first rose to fame as the titular star of the Disney Channel TV series “Lizzie McGuire,” and kicked off her music career with 2003’s four times platinum “Metamorphosis.” Since then, she has continued to find success as a singer, author, producer and philanthropist. Through her entrepreneurial drive and creative talent across multiple industries, she has become a household name for many.

Alan McKim is a founder, philanthropist, entrepreneur and longtime member of Northeastern’s Board of Trustees. In 1980, he founded Clean Harbors, a global provider of environmental cleanup services now valued at nearly $16 billion. McKim earned his MBA from Northeastern in 1988. Praised for his entrepreneurial vision and support of the mission of higher education, McKim is a true inspiration to graduating students and all members of the community.
