Congratulations, Portland Huskies! At the ceremony in Maine, graduates were encouraged to “embrace the unexpected.” Back in Boston, the John D. O’Bryant African American Institute hosted Roxbury Community College President Jonathan Jefferson for a campus discussion and reflection on Juneteenth and the modern-day impact of Black liberation in America. Meanwhile, students on campus bustled between buildings and classes while enjoying warm weather and sunny days.
