Dive into the intersection of ecology and the humanities Suzanna Mason returns for another lecture at NCH at Northeastern, this time presenting on the views of nature from the perspectives of philosophers and economists. Celebrate International Women’s Day Northeastern will host a series of events around its global network to celebrate International Women’s Day, starting in Charlotte, North Carolina. The Charlotte campus will host Angela Yochem, executive vice president and chief digital and technology officer for Novant Health, and Holly Jimison, director of the Consortium on Technology for Proactive Care at Northeastern, for a conversation about the impact of artificial intelligence on health care. The discussion will be Wednesday, Feb. 26 at the Northeastern University campus in Charlotte, North Carolina. Understand the science behind music Join assistant professor Psyche Loui to learn about the psychology and neuroscience of music, and why humans like it so much on Thursday, Feb. 27 at 11:30 a.m., at Egan Research Center in room 440. Improve leadership around the world Northeastern’s annual Global Leadership Summit will convene with a wide variety of speakers and events. The summit begins Saturday, Feb. 29 in Mumbai, India.
