“We have a snow meeting every November to prepare for what could come. What we do when it snows all depends on the storm. If it’s a regular storm we’ll come in early in the morning and salt all around the campus. If it looks like it’ll be a bigger storm, we get the Bobcats fired up and we keep working until the storm ends.”
