    The power of global research opportunities


    Thomas Webster, professor and chair of the chemical engineering department, knows the value of working overseas and of conducting research outside Northeastern. Putting the two together, he launched a summer program that gives undergraduates research opportunities at seven universities around the world and brings students from those institutions here.
