The Northeastern women’s hockey team made history on Tuesday evening when the Huskies won the first-ever Women’s Beanpot championship game held at TD Garden. With some 10,000 fans in the stands, the Huskies defeated Boston University 2-1 in overtime. Meanwhile, to commemorate International Holocaust Remembrance Day, fourth-year theater and psychology student Andie Weiner shared the story of how her grandfather survived the Holocaust thanks to the bravery of one Dutch family.
