On Monday, local leaders and political dignitaries joined the Northeastern community to celebrate the grand opening of the new EXP building on the Boston campus. National Science Foundation Director Sethuraman Panchanathan deemed the eight-story, 357,000-square-foot complex “a reflection of excellence.” This week, President Joseph E. Aoun also traveled to the Oakland campus to help kick off their new Experiential Entrepreneurship program. Meanwhile, Northeastern’s community resource dog Cooper celebrated his third birthday with pup-approved cupcakes and party hats.
