This week, newly minted Huskies became more acquainted with campus, and returning students settled back into their routines. Meanwhile, many of Northeastern’s faculty members were busy conducting research. In the Interdisciplinary Science and Engineering Complex on the Boston campus, associate professor Bryan Q. Spring has been developing a new treatment for ovarian cancer using lasers. Chemistry and chemical biology professor Ke Zhang is working on a novel form of drug delivery.
