The new EXP building—a 357,000-square-foot facility on Northeastern’s Boston campus—is nearly complete. Finishing touches are currently being added ahead of the building’s September opening. This Saturday, a new art installation, designed by Northeastern professor Killion Mokwete and local community members, will debut at the Winthrop Community Garden in Roxbury, Massachusetts. The piece pays tribute to the Black Panther Party. Meanwhile, members of the Northeastern community explored the “Entanglements” exhibit at the Boston campus’s Gallery 360 this week.
