With summer in full bloom, the Khoury College of Computer Sciences is throwing a summer social for those on campus. Come to the West Village Quad at 3:15 p.m. on Thursday, July 11, grab some ice cream, and spend time getting to know faculty, staff, and students who will be on campus this summer. 

Express yourself with some poetry

Analyze the works of modern contemporary poets at this poetry workshop held in room 333 in the Curry Student Center on Friday, July 19. 

Volunteer around the community

Help Community Servings, a local nonprofit nutrition program, prepare and pack meals for individuals and families living with serious illnesses. Join Community Servings on Friday, July 26 from 1 to 4 p.m.

Explore Buddhist philosophy

Interested in meditation or philosophical discussions centered on Buddhism? Stop by the Sacred Space in Ell Hall from 5:30 to 7 p.m. on any Wednesday in July to join the Dharma Dialogue.

Attend a career development workshop

The Career Development Office is hosting 11 workshops in July focused on learning how to use LinkedIn, improving your networking skills, and finding a job.
