#TrueNortheastern goes global by Matthew McDonald February 3, 2015 Share Facebook LinkedIn Twitter We asked and you responded. Last week, we posed the first #TrueNortheastern question, What makes Northeastern special to you? The responses came in many forms, from quotations to photos, videos to blog posts, and they appeared on Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and Tumblr. Not surprisingly, co-op was a popular theme. Students shared stories of dream job opportunities and impactful career connections. Faculty and staff spoke about passionate students, and the pride that comes from working at a university that “never stops evolving, rewards creativity, and continues to challenge and surprise.” Below, we share just a small selection of last week’s #TrueNortheastern submissions. You can see even more at northeastern.edu/true. This week’s question: How has Northeastern made you more global? Stop by the #TrueNortheastern video booth on Tuesday, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., in International Village. Can’t make it to the video booth? Use your smartphone and post your video, photo, or story to Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr, or YouTube. Just be sure to use #TrueNortheastern. What makes Northeastern special to you?
