Photo by Ruby Wallau/Northeastern University In a spectacle of flashing lights and holiday music, Northeastern University Police Department patrol officers Rachel Jolliffe and Armando Soto donned their holiday hats to brings bags full of gifts to the Toys for Tots warehouse in Boston on Tuesday. The officers joined a convoy of fellow members of the Law Enforcement Area Resource Network to deliver games, LEGO kits, and teddy bears donated during their annual toy drives.
