Before degrees are conferred on Northeastern University’s class of 2027 in Boston, each undergraduate and graduate student will have the opportunity to be individually recognized by name in stage-crossing events hosted by their respective college.

The dates, times and locations of these College Celebrations are now finalized.

The festivities are scheduled to take place at Leader Bank Pavilion in Boston’s Seaport neighborhood, unless otherwise noted, from Sunday, May 2 through Friday, May 7. This week precedes Boston commencement exercises at the iconic Fenway Park, which will take place on Saturday, May 8, pending approval from the city of Boston.

During College Celebrations, students are recognized for their achievements. They cross the stage, are greeted by their dean and have an official graduation photo taken.

The majority of Boston commencement ceremonies, where degrees are conferred by Northeastern’s President Joseph E. Aoun, will be held at Fenway Park on May 8 for graduate students at 10 a.m. and at 4 p.m. for undergraduates.

This year, undergraduate and graduate students from the College of Professional Studies are invited to participate in the commencement exercises at Fenway Park, located a short distance from Northeastern’s Boston campus.
