This week, Huskies made their way home for the holidays — only after celebrating the final hockey game at Matthews Arena, of course. The men’s hockey team played at Matthews Arena, the final event ever held at the venue, followed by a ceremony to commemorate the arena before deconstruction efforts began. Students helped patients in the Boston community and campus police officers delivered toy donations from Toys for Tots to families in need. Plus, Northeastern’s City and Community Engagement team collected toys for this year’s Holiday Toy Drive.
