From vibrant campus murals to groundbreaking engineering research, this week at Northeastern offered a vivid look at lifelong learning in full swing. Students made their way across a blooming summer campus in Boston, stopping to cool off beneath climate justice misters near Snell Library.

Massachusetts Lieutenant Governor Kim Driscoll visited Northeastern’s campus in Burlington to speak about the region’s growing role in science and technology. In the labs on the Boston campus, professors and graduates pushed the boundaries of materials science with work that could reshape the future of heat transfer.
