Northeastern’s Boston campus will kick off Homecoming 2022 with the Mayor of Huntington Avenue school spirit competition on Monday. The weeklong celebration also includes the annual Stuff-a-Husky event, live concert, scavenger hunt, karaoke, carnival and Athletics Hall of Fame ceremony. Monday, Nov. 7 The Mayor of Huntington Avenue, which is Northeastern’s annual Homecoming school spirit competition, 5-7 p.m. at the Curry Student Center Ballroom, presented by the Student Alumni Association. Proud Huskies in their 2nd, 3rd, 4th, or 5th years can run for MoHA on behalf of their favorite club or student organization. MoHA candidates will debate in a signature Homecoming week event to prove they have the most Northeastern pride. The MoHA will be crowned at the Homecoming men’s hockey game. *Northeastern University students only. The Homecoming Kickoff Concert, 7-9 p.m. at Afterhours, presented by the Center for Student Involvement & LMA. Music will be provided by the student organization Live Music Association. *Northeastern University students only. Tuesday, Nov. 8 Stuff-a-Husky, 4:30-6:30 p.m. at Curry Student Center Ballroom, presented by the Center for Student Involvement. Experience a Northeastern classic and stuff your very own Husky. *Northeastern University students only. Karaoke Night, 7-9 p.m. at Afterhours & Mezzanine, presented by the Center for Student Involvement, CUP, & LMA. Warm up your vocal cords and get ready to sing the night away – two locations, double the fun. *Northeastern University students only. Late Night @ Northeastern, 9-11 p.m. at Stetson West, presented by the Center for Student Involvement. Spend some time with friends, eat some delicious late-night snacks and get drawn by a couple of amazing caricature artists. Meal swipes will be utilized, with a limited amount of passes for graduate students. *Northeastern University students only. Wednesday, Nov. 9 The Homecoming Campus Scavenger Hunt, noon to 3 p.m., presented by the Center for Student Involvement. Explore the campus, collect the clues and win a prize. *Northeastern University students only. The Homecoming Carnival, presented by the Center for Student Involvement. Giveaways, activities, and Food. Enjoy all the campus has to offer at the Homecoming Carnival Wednesday night. From 6-10 p.m. at the Curry Student Center, Indoor Quad, Ballroom, Mezzanine, Library Quad and Robinson Quad. *Northeastern University students only. Thursday, Nov. 10 Husky Spirit Day Party, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Library Quad, presented by the Center for Student Involvement & Alumni Relations. Huskies everywhere will celebrate spirit day. Wear red and black and bring your Husky spirit. *Northeastern University students only. Homecoming Headliner Event, presented by the Council for University Programming (CUP). Northeastern’s signature annual Homecoming Headliner event, the 2022 Comedy Festival, will take place live in Matthews Arena. The Athletics Hall of Fame Ceremony. The event takes place from 7:30 p.m. at Blackman Auditorium. Friday, Nov. 11 Northeastern University Women’s Hockey game vs. Boston College, 1:30 p.m. at Matthews Arena. Veterans Day Ceremony. Join the Northeastern community to honor service members at a 2 p.m. ceremony held at the Northeastern University Veterans Memorial. Northeastern University Men’s Hockey game vs. Boston College, 7 p.m. at Matthews Arena. Homecoming Tailgate, 4:30-7 p.m. at Krentzman Quad, presented by the Center for Student Involvement & SGA.
