Academic and business operations will begin at 10 a.m. All classes with a scheduled start time before 10 a.m. are canceled. All classes with a start time at or after 10 a.m. will meet as scheduled. Administrative offices will also open at 10 a.m. The university’s snow team mobilized Sunday in anticipation of the storm and will continue to work throughout the day to manage the effects of the storm and maintain a safe campus. An email to the university community early Friday morning said “We do recognize that commute times may be longer than normal and ask faculty and supervisors for their flexibility, as employees and students may arrive later than usual.” Online classes remain unaffected and will continue to be accessible to students. Northeastern’s regional campuses in Charlotte, Seattle, Silicon Valley, and Toronto will maintain normal operations. Here is an updated schedule for a range of campus services: Dining: Dining locations will open at the following times: International Village: 7:30 a.m., Stetson East: 7:30 a.m., Café Crossing: 8 a.m., On the Go: 8 a.m., Café 716: 9 a.m., Starbucks: 9 a.m., all other locations will open at 10 a.m. or their regularly scheduled time Library and Student Center: Snell Library and Curry Student Center will operate on a normal schedule Recreation: Marino Center and Badger & Rosen Squashbusters Center will open at 10 a.m. All updates and information can be found at www.northeastern.edu/emergency.
