Northeastern defeated Boston College, 3-2, in overtime in the Hockey East championship game on Sunday. The Huskies (27-5-5) earned the No. 3 seed in the NCAA tournament, and will host Cornell University (23-5-6) in the first round next weekend at Matthews Arena.
