For years, Northeastern Crossing has provided Boston residents with space to innovate, exercise, and learn. Since remote work and virtual events have become the new normal, the organization has provided a digital space to meditate and talk out anxieties through Afro Flow Yoga, a combination of West African dance and traditional yoga.
