  • College Hockey News: Northeastern’s Power Play Delivers Against Stingy Lowell PK

    In the Media - 03/22/2016

BOSTON — UMass Lowell had only allowed one power-play goal since Valentine’s Day — a stretch that included the River Hawks killing 19 of 20 straight penalties — but the Lowell’s penalty kill struggled to contain surging Northeastern, and it was costly as the Huskies won a 3-2 game in the Hockey East Championship game on Saturday night at TD Garden, going 2 for 3 on the power play.
