The United States is considering building more American military bases in Iraq to help drive back Islamic State militants. Meanwhile a year after Islamic State captured Iraq’s second largest city Mosul, the group has released a documentary hailing the assault as an epic Islamic conquest. The World Today spoke with Dr Max Abrahms, a terrorism analyst and assistant professor of political science at Northeastern University.
