    Boston Herald - 07/12/2015

“There’s no question, the Islamic State presence in Egypt is growing,” said terror expert Max Abrahms, a professor at Northeastern University. “The el-Sissi government is trying very hard to use preventative measures to crack down on Islamists and he’s been directing the efforts against the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt and yet the strategy doesn’t seem to have been very successful — the lethality of the ISIS-related violence, especially in the Sinai, is way, way up.”
