  • BBJ names 2013’s 40 under 40 honorees

    Boston Business Journal - 09/09/2013

The Boston Business Journal on Monday announced the 2013 class of 40 under 40 honorees — business and civic leaders who collectively represent the next wave of talent and commitment in the Boston economy.

Judges reviewed more than 250 nominations, considering professional accomplishments and community involvement.

“The Boston business community will recognize many of these names because they’re already making their mark,” said Chris McIntosh, publisher of the BBJ. “This year’s 40 under 40 class, our 16th, shows that Boston is in good hands with its next generation of leaders.”

The 2013 winners will be recognized at an evening reception on Thursday, Oct. 10, at the International Place Grand Lobby at International Place.

    This year’s honorees include:

    • Emmett G. Price III, president and founder at Black Church Music Ministry Project; associate professor of music, Northeastern University
