Costas Panagopoulos, a political science professor at Northeastern University, told Newsweek: “Donald Trump often says one thing one day, and a different thing on a different day. I wouldn’t put much stock in what he has said on the matter to date. If Trump decides he wants a third term, he will find ways to justify it.”
