William Manfredi, executive vice president for global talent management at the worldwide advertising agency Young & Rubicam Brands, spoke last week during an information session in the Stearns Center with students interested in international co-op. He talked to the students about the importance of global experiences and how they will grow as people because of it. “I think it is an investment in yourself,” he said. “You need that exposure (to different cultures). You are only going to grow by having that.”
