Throughout the summer, incoming freshmen attended summer orientation to get acquainted with life at Northeastern. We took the opportunity to ask the university’s newest students what they are most excited for as they begin their Northeastern experience.

“I came to Boston because it’s a city with a lot of students from all over the world. I wanted the whole college experience.”

“I already can’t wait for co-op. It’s a great opportunity, and it could help me get a job right out of college.”

“I love languages and I’ve already studied abroad in Spain, so I just can’t wait to see what experiences Northeastern has to offer.”

“I definitely want to go to Mexico and study accounting. I couldn’t do that at any other school.”

“I want to study computer science now, but if it turned out I wanted to stray away from that field, I wouldn’t be stuck. There’s so much I could explore here.”
