Today will be the first of three opportunities this week for students to purchase tickets for the men’s 2012 Beanpot Tournament at the TD Garden.

Tickets will be available at the Matthews Arena box office today from noon to 2 p.m. Students must bring a valid Husky Card to purchase tickets, which are $42 each and include entry to both the opening round of the Beanpot on Monday, Feb. 6 and final round on Monday, Feb. 13.

Students will also have an opportunity to purchase tickets on Wednesday between 10 a.m. and noon, and on Thursday between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m.

This year marks the 60th annual Beanpot tournament. The Huskies will face the Boston College Eagles in the opening round at 8 p.m. on Feb. 6.
