About Thomas Starr’s Memorial Bus: Professor Starr’s mobile work of art, titled “Remembering Boston’s Children 1980-2005,” was unveiled in fall 2006 and made possible by a grant from the National Endowment for the Arts. Titan Worldwide installed Starr’s design onto the vehicle’s surface, utilizing space typically reserved for advertising, which was made available through Titan’s in-kind donation.
