What’s open, closed during winter break

While campus life at Northeastern quiets down over the remainder of winter intersession, some university services will remain open during that time.

Snell Library

Snell Library will be closed from Dec. 24 to Jan. 1. During that time the lobbies of Stetson East and International Village will serve as alternative venues for studying, printing, and wireless services. Be advised, though, that International Village will be closed for renovations from Dec. 29 to Dec. 31.

Snell Library will re-open at 8 a.m. on Jan. 2. Here is the library’s winter break schedule.

Campus recreation

Northeastern’s gyms will be closed from Dec. 24 through Dec. 26. SquashBusters and the Cabot Center will remain closed through Jan. 1.

The Marino Center will be open from Dec. 27 through Dec. 31, will close on New Year’s Day, and then will re-open for the rest of the month on Jan. 2.

SquashBusters will re-open on Jan. 2, but will be closed the first three weekends of January. Cabot Center will also re-open Jan. 2, and will be closed the first two weekends of January; its pool is closed until Jan. 14.
